Sustainable Architects is a joyful and energetic practice nestled in the Shire of Hepburn, established by Rachel Low. We are dedicated to construction using various sustainable materials/ systems including Hempcrete, Recycled bricks,  Rammed Earth, Prefabricated Systems and Timber. By integrating passive solar design principles to enhance energy efficiency and comfort, we believe in creating cost-efficient, beautiful, and naturally breathable dwellings for the future.

Collaborating closely with both Owners and Builders, we create enduring and responsive buildings that enhance daily life of their inhabitants.

We have extensive experience working with Owner-Builders throughout the Design and Build process as well. Through a collaborative, transparent, and efficient approach, we design homes that are not only beautiful and sustainable but also uniquely tailored to reflect and honor the diverse lifestyles of every inhabitant.
